Sharing the insight

NOREF’s work demands discretion. This principle is central to our work and is an essential factor if we are to gain the trust of the conflict parties with whom we engage. Nonetheless, the sharing of general expertise on facilitation and mediation, and procedural and methodological insights acquired through years of experience can make important contributions to our field, to other like-minded organisations and the wider public.
