Katja S. Cappelen

Katja Cappelen is a adviser at NOREF providing process support to projects mainly in the Middle East. Before joining NOREF, she worked at The Norwegian University for Life Sciences (NMBU) as an adviser for innovation and entrepreneurship. Prior to this Katja worked in the cultural sector, with event management and in music business. Katja holds an MSc in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from The Norwegian University for Life Sciences and a BA in project management and business design from the Kaospilots, a hybrid business design school and multi-sided education in leadership and social entrepreneurship located in Denmark.
