Astrid Sandvoll

Astrid Sandvoll is the Head of Administration at NOREF. She has ten years of experience in the higher education sector, most recently as Director of Academic Affairs at the Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences. She also has broad experience in organisational development, quality assurance and administration. Earlier in her career she worked in the travel industry — including eight years in the Middle East working for a tour operator in Beirut — and event management. She holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from Hedmark University College and has completed French studies at the University of Oslo and Østfold University College.
