Andreas Indregard

Andreas Indregard is a Special Adviser at NOREF. He has broad international experience in conflict mediation and humanitarian assistance and has been a political adviser to Mr. Kofi Annan. He has worked a decade in Myanmar and other areas of Southeast Asia, including as UN senior adviser on Rakhine and director of the Advisory Commission on Rakhine State. He has spent five years in the Middle East, mainly with International Crisis Group and the Temporary International Presence in Hebron. He holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School.
