Per M. Norheim-Martinsen

Per M. Norheim-Martinsen is a senior researcher at the Fafo Institute for Applied International Studies, where he is also research director for conflict and Belonging. He is the author of The European Union and Military Force (Cambridge University Press, 2013) and has published extensively on issues of European security and international peace operations. He has a PhD from the University of Cambridge.
