Jenny K. Lorentzen

Jenny K. Lorentzen is a research assistant at the Peace Research Institute Oslo (PRIO), working on the projects Gender, Conflict and Peacebuilding, and Sexual Violence in Armed Conflict. She holds a master’s degree in international relations. Her master’s thesis, entitled “Hypocrisy and friction in international organizations: the case of UNSC Resolution 1325”, analyses the process of implementing Resolution 1325 on Women, Peace and Security in the UN Department of Peacekeeping Operations across the international, national and local levels.
