Federico Andreu-Guzmán

Federico Andreu-Guzmán is a Colombian jurist and the director of litigation and legal protection at the Colombian Commission of Jurists. He has worked as general counsel for the International Commission of Jurists and as legal adviser for the Americas and Asia regions of Amnesty International. He also participated in the UN/OAS Civilian Mission on Haiti and the UN Human Rights Mission in Rwanda. He is the author of a number of publications on impunity, military tribunals, victims’ rights, and terrorism and international law.
