The information you share with us

When you sign up to receive notifications from NOREF, using the form on our website, we collect this information (name and email address) and it is processed by a third-party provider, namely Mailchimp.

We reserve the right to change our service provider in the future.

How long we keep your personal information for

Your personal data will be kept until you ask us not to receive any more communication from us, at which point it will be deleted. If you contact us via the contact form on our website, your personal data will be kept until we have answered your request and performed the appropriate actions. After this, it will be deleted and not processed further. You can update your preferences or unsubscribe from our newsletter lists at any time by clicking the links in the newsletter, or by emailing

We take the security of your data very seriously and employ technical and administrative security measures to protect the information that we collect about you. When third parties access personal information that has been collected about you, we require the third party to have appropriate measures in place to protect your information. The information that you provide to us will be held in our systems, located on our premises or on those of an appointed third party.
