Ricardo Vargas Meza

Ricardo Vargas Meza is a sociologist with a master’s degree in social philosophy from the National University of Colombia. He is the author of numerous publications on the synergies between drug production and conflict and on counter-narcotics policies, including Alternative Development in Colombia and Social Participation: Proposals for a Change of Strategy (DIAL, 2010).
