Juanita Millán

Juanita Millán is an officer in the National Navy of Colombia, with an undergraduate degree in Political Science specialising in conflict resolution and a master’s degree in Latin American Studies from the Pontifical Xavierian University in Colombia. Since 2012 she has been an adviser to the Office of the High Commission for Peace and was a member of the Technical Subcommittee for Ending the Conflict and the Gender Subcommittee in Havana, and the Monitoring and Verification Mechanism for the ceasefire and laying down of arms.
