Hilde Wallacher

Hilde Wallacher holds a master’s degree in the theory and practice of human rights from the University of Oslo. She has done research on gender-based violence, gender mainstreaming in mine action, and arms trade and disarmament issues at the Peace Research Institute Oslo. She is currently working for Norwegian Church Aid as a political adviser on humanitarian affairs.
