Balkan Devlen

Balkan Devlen is an associate professor in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at the Izmir University of Economics, Turkey. He holds a BSc in international relations from the Middle East Technical University, Turkey, and a PhD in political science from the University of Missouri. He was a Black Sea Young Reformers Fellow in 2012-13. His research interests include foreign policy analysis and the grand strategies of emerging powers.
